Work began July 2023 · Phoenix opened 1 August 2023

Three years of building something real.

From our very first class to our first Yoga Teacher Training cohort — a few of the moments that shaped Phoenix.

Year One — 2023

Finding our feet.

We opened our doors on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 and filled them with teachers, students and a sense of possibility. Sliding scale pricing from day one. A community that showed up — again and again.

Year Two — 2024

Putting down roots.

We launched an NHS 20% discount, deepened our workshop programme and kept investing in the studio. Then came the summer flood — and the community that helped us rebuild. We came back stronger. Read the full story →

Year Three — 2025/26

Recognition & growth.

Named a ClassPass Best Studio. Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training launched in partnership with The Yoga Institute. Pulse Club moved in next door, Ray joined the Positively Putney board, and new classes brought new energy.

July 2026

Third anniversary — and counting.

Three years. Hundreds of students. Fifteen-plus teachers. International Women’s Day fundraisers, community Q&As, give-what-you-can classes, and a GoFundMe nearing its target. There is a lot more still to come.
