Questions about memberships and pricing.

Can I freeze my membership? +

Yes. We offer one freeze per year on monthly memberships, for up to four weeks. Useful if you're travelling or recovering from illness. Just drop us an email before the freeze period starts and we'll sort it.

Do class packs expire? +

5 Class packs are valid for two months and 10 Class packs are valid for four months — both from the date of purchase. That's generous enough to accommodate holidays and busy patches, but tight enough to keep you coming back. Memberships don't expire — they simply renew monthly until you cancel.

What if I want to cancel my membership? +

You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No penalty, no awkward conversations — just an email to us. Your access continues until the end of the notice period.

Is there a joining fee? +

No joining fee, ever. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I share a membership or class pack? +

Memberships and class packs are personal and tied to one account. They can't be shared or transferred. If someone in your household wants to practise with you, we'd love to welcome them as a member in their own right — and we have referral perks for introducing new members.
