We plan workplace sessions around your team, schedule and experience. The aim is a class people can take part in comfortably, not a generic wellbeing exercise.

One-off session, a regular weekly class, or something built specifically for your workplace. We’ll find a format that’s simple, welcoming and easy for people to join.

The sessions draw on the same care we bring to every class at the studio: grounded in movement and breath, practical rather than aspirational, led by teachers who know how to make a room feel welcoming regardless of where people are starting from.

Why it works

People work better when they feel better. That’s not a revolutionary claim.

Back pain. Neck tension. Shallow breathing. Most desk workers are carrying some combination of all three by Tuesday afternoon. Yoga addresses the physical directly — and because movement settles the mind as well as the body, people come back from sessions noticeably calmer and more focused.

We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package. We talk to you, understand what your team needs, and design something that actually fits.

On-site at your workplace

We bring the session to you. A Phoenix teacher travels to your office or work space and delivers a session in whatever space you have available — a meeting room, a cleared floor, an outdoor area. Minimal setup, maximum impact. Available across London.

At Phoenix Studio, Putney

Your team comes to us. A private session in our studio in SW15 — exclusively yours for the duration. Ideal for teams based in Putney, Wandsworth, Barnes or travelling in from anywhere in London. Can also be combined with regular class memberships.

Regular weekly sessions

A consistent programme — weekly or fortnightly — that gives your team a reliable anchor in their working week. Sustained practice produces far better results than a one-off. We can build sessions that progress over time.

One-off events & offsites

A yoga session as part of a team away day, offsite event or wellbeing day. A 45–90 minute session can be integrated into a broader day programme. Popular for autumn/spring offsites and end-of-year team events.

Our teachers are skilled at working with complete beginners. Corporate sessions are designed so that anyone in the room can participate comfortably — no prior yoga knowledge, no particular physical ability required.
