Meet the people behind Phoenix

Find a teacher you’ll feel comfortable learning with.

Every Phoenix teacher brings their own personality and style. You don’t need to know who is right for you before you book. Start with how you want to feel, and we’ll help you narrow it down.

Find a teacher

Start with how you want to feel

You don’t need to compare qualifications or recognise yoga styles. Tell us what would help, and we’ll introduce a few people worth meeting.

How would you like a class to leave you feeling?

Choose the answer that sounds closest today. You can change your mind at any point.

Not a quiz, and definitely not a ranking. It’s simply a friendlier way into a large, varied team.

What this means for you.

Tell the teacher if it is your first class. They’ll explain what matters, offer options and give you space to practise without pressure to keep up or perform.
