We have always processed your information securely and it will be updated regularly and accurately. The information we ask for and hold is limited to what we need for the legitimate purpose of providing our Yoga related services. Phoenix Yoga collects information in order to help us improve the services we offer. However, you do not have to provide any personal data other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, your preferred emergency contact (if you have one) and your age if you are under 18. We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how we can improve our offering to you. It is your choice whether or not to provide any additional information. You are entitled to request a copy of the personal data we hold for you and a copy will be made available to you within one calendar month of us receiving your request.
