Our Yoga classes offer students exercises to build flexibility and strength in the body, develop their breath awareness and promote relaxation. We deliberately keep our Yoga classes smaller so that we can give more individual attention to our students. We prefer to teach this way and our students tell us that they feel the benefits of this approach in their Yoga practice too.
Our group Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience and you will always be encouraged to work in a way that is right for you and your body. We can accommodate most conditions and levels of fitness so please ask if you're not sure. In Yoga, increased flexibility is a great side effect but not a pre-requisite! Beginners and new starters will always be made welcome in any of our Yoga classes.
For students who are unable to attend a regular Yoga class or who are looking to deepen their practice or work on specific issues, there is also the option of one to one or private group Yoga classes.
All our Yoga classes can be purchased in advance.
Group Yoga classes cost £48 per fixed term of 6 classes and guarantee you a space in the Yoga class of your choice for that term. Unused Yoga classes cannot be carried over between classes but you have the option to make up missed classes at another of our Yoga classes during the same term (please talk to us beforehand if you would like to take advantage of this option). We also offer spaces in future terms to our current students first.
